We provide third-party logistics (3PL) services, including but not limited to freight brokerage, transportation coordination, shipment quoting, and logistics support.
3. Quote Requests
- Users may submit shipment or company information to request a freight quote.
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the information received.
- Final pricing may vary due to carrier rates, market conditions, or updated shipment details.
4. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipment and company information. We are not liable for delays or incorrect pricing resulting from inaccurate data.
5. Communication Consent
By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text message regarding:
- Freight quotes
- Service updates
- Operational follow-ups
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, billing methods, and credit conditions will be provided separately in invoices or service agreements. Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
7. Liability
- We act as an intermediary between shippers and carriers.
- We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party carriers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Insurance
Carriers used may carry their own insurance coverage. Additional insurance requirements must be requested in advance.
9. Prohibited Goods
We do not knowingly handle or arrange transport for illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods without proper authorization and compliance documentation.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if misuse, fraud, or violation of terms is suspected.
